The Virtual Consultation

Hi, with todays post I want to let you know about a new idea I'm going to try here.

My day to day business is Retail Consultations - I visit a premises and take the business owner through the entire customer experience, from pavement to payment.

I then write up a summary of what we've discovered about the business, what I think can be improved, and create an action plan for the business owner to follow so that my suggestions can be achieved. I'll often supply a clear and concise drawing to follow as well.

I charge £365 for this service, plus travel expenses, if you're interested in it for your business get in touch using my email you see at the top of the page.

However - I also realise that the full consultation is not always appropriate, and that business owners may only have one or two questions they'd like some advice on.

So from today if you have a question about Visual Merchandising or Store Layout that you think I might be able to help with, drop a comment below this post, and I'll see if I can help by posting a reply.

What's so great about this blog though is that other store owners from the UK or around the world might be able to help, and as anyone can comment on this blog I hope that we can build a community of retailers around the world who are helping each other with ideas and suggestions that we can all take advantage of.
